Just coming to the end of my 18 month contract with an N95, and it has been by far and away my best phone to date.

It is really user friendly, which encourages you to use the many feartures of the phone. It is also (in my opinion) quite a good looking phone, which whilst is may not be the smallest, it certainly does not feel cumbersome. It has been well made, the handset feels solid and robust. It can definitely take bumps and knocks without damage, meaning no worries carrying it in your pocket day-to-day.

The symbian S60 interface has been excellent from start to finish, never had any problems freezing up, lagging or crashing. This has been tested thoroughly by multi tasking; running wifi, music and sending text messages all at once without a problem. The interface also looks quite slick, and is easy enough to find your way around, providing plenty of office apps to read documents, make notes, schedule appointments, etc, without any problems.

The screen is big and bright, displaying pictures vividly, and playing videos to an acceptable standard. The music player is also very good, the dual slider making it easy to control.

The only reason the phone would not receive 5 stars is due to its short battery life. This wasn't a problem as I got used to charging the phone every night, but other users may find it a nuisance.
Overall, a relatively small negative for what is otherwise a very capable phone. The general experience over the last year and a half has proved my choice of phone was wise, and will ensure Nokia is first port of call for my next smartphone.
