i've had my D900 for over a yr now and its been brilliant - i love my phone and i couldnt live without it ... its been dropped and thoroughly used and it keeps working no matter what. never had 1 problem with it.

I have had this phone for 9 months now & I am very pleased with it. The camera is very good, better than the iphone & it can take decent video if you gave a microsd card. One thing I would point out if you are playing a video is if you press the hash key it fills the entire screen with the video instead of just a tiny square. This makes a big difference & I don't think it tells you how to do this in the manual! On the down side it's a shame you can't change the text alert for a tone you want & the screen wouldn't take much abuse, mine has a tiny 2mm crack in the corner but still works fine. Overall probably the best phone you can buy for the money, I paid £99.00 for mine!

Having read all the mixed reviews on this site i have come to the conclusion with this fone you'll either love it or you'll hate it!!
My last fone was a samsung D800 so i'm kinda into samsung anyway!
Personally i think this fone is brilliant, AMAZING value for straters.
GREAT 3mp Camera, mines not grainy like some people have said (adjust the settings maybe!)
I bought a micro sd card to go with it and have had NO problem what so ever with transferring my tunes, sound quality is perfect.
Its exceptionally light and slim and altogether a sexi little fone.

this is yet another great phone from samsung it is idiot proof, it has lots of great features. I would recommened this or any SAMSUNG phone. they atre straight forward and easy to use. I used to have nokias ,but never again,

I've my D900 now for about 18 months without any problems at all.
I decided to buy this phone due to its great looks, fantastic 3.2M pixel camera, and other great little features, and yet even now, 18 months on, I still have this as my main phone.
The menus are simple to use, the music player is fantastic (although playing music lots does rapidly decrease the battery - and the headphones supplied are pretty useless), the games are great (I decided to spend £4.50 and buy the original Sonic The Hedghog Game!!), the phone also has great tones, loads of camera features - (You can use various frames when taking pics so for example if you take a pic of a person you can set it up so that they have the face of a clown, amazing stuff!!).
The phone also has some clever design features such as the camera lens only appears when you flip up the phone as it is set on the back of the screen, (very clever as it avoids the lens getting scratched or dirty every time you put the phone down), also the back of the phone is like a rubbery material to stop it getting worn and scratched.
Overall this is the best phone I've ever had, it's never let me down and includes all the latest features even though its nearly 2 years old.
For this price - I strongly recommend buying this phone.

On paper this looks a great phone but in reality it's not nearly as good and that's especially true of the camera which is poor in my opinion with very grainy pics.

The main problem with this phone though is the rubbish reception. In marginal reception areas you will have major problems making a call.

I also find navigation on this phone far more awkward then on Sony and Nokia phones.

I bought a Sony w710I from play for £20 less than this phone costs and it's 10 times as good.

This phone is fantastic. Ifs very well made and constructed. It has good features, ie: camera, mp3 player, fm radio etc. Its very easy to use although i would recomend you purchase a protective case!
£64.99 is a fantastic price, cheaper than on the vodafone website!
Play.com's dilevery was spot on, 2 days to arrive. The reception is fab, i from Doncaster and its normally rubbish but not on this phone.

PDF software does not work. Very poor signal strength on Virgin Network. Camera of poor quality.

The phone is overall good, nice sleek style, some nice themes and animated backgrounds etc. The ringtones are a little naff but it is easy enough to download your own mp3 tones.

the screen is a nice big size and the only two minor peices of criticism i have with this phone are:

1.) You cannot set your own message tone but have to have one of the naff samsung tones

2.) When attempting to link phone and pc the software disc does not work with vista so it is a lot of messing about downloading the samsung phone program for transfer of files and music from pc to phone or vice versa.

Worth the money though overall and i am happy.
