My wife has had this phone for nearly a year now (on contract).
At first we where very pleased with it, had everything she was looking for, looked good & very small & compact.
Unfortunately after about 6 months it started switching itself off & then the screen went blank.
We are now on the 3rd phone after having the second one repaired it went again.
Have been told by Vodafone that this is a software problem with Sony Ericsson, personally I have the Nokia 6300 & it beats this phone hands down.

Ive had this phone a few months and I don't really like it to be honest. Its not a bad phone but too fiddly and buttons small - always catching the internet button and also the same button on the opposite side. Texting is slow as the buttons are a funny shape been skinny so not ideal if your like me and text all day long. Im going to buy a k800i instead and sell this one. The camera is ok but the phone is that thin that when you press the camera button to take photo it moves and you get blurry pictures. I have not had the sound issue, but have had the phone locking up on me and the keypad flashes on number 3 and 6 when the battery is going flat (not supposed to do this!)

Well, great phone got it for my birthday
chuffed with it, loaded up some music for my birthday
and well, first tryed the music, the earphones poped straight away, not the best start, so then bought new headphones, second pear, not bad. then after a while, after putting this phone in my pocket, the buttn, just came off like a bit of paper, ruined, so rang vodafone up,a nd they imideatly sent me a new phone back, got and the button fell off again!, in the end i gave up, got a refund and bought the SAMSUNG U600. hope this helps people into not buying it!.
