I bought the W610i back in May and was impressed with the range of features and the quality camera. However, I have recently experienced the phone switching itself off on a regular basis forcing me to take the battery out and place it back in the phone practically every day. The build quality is also very poor, it feels incredibly cheap and nasty. My back cover has broken resulting in me having to tape it up. I can't wait to get rid of the phone, it's been nothing but trouble and I'm not buying a Sony Ericsson ever again.

This phone Is beautiful, and for £49.99 you get a hell of alot and it's a great phone with some nifty features. Definetley worth the money!

Bought this for my son in the summer. Worked for a short time, then crashed to white screen - sent for repairs, been back (working) for a few weeks, crashed again, going to have to go back again. Help Desk at SE suggesting I may need to pay if not covered by the warranty. I will never buy from SE again.

An overall fantastic phone. i bought it and thought it was great price-wise. brilliant features, especially the music mate application.easy to use and it has everything you need. i would definitely recommend it.

Had a few similar phones like this including the w810i model. They do not disappoint. excellent features apart from the camera which could have been improved by now now but otherwise, great phone all around. :) NICE ONE S.E

Well i brought my new w610i, and when i recieved it there were many problems, the box was already open, the phone kept turning itself off, and the phone had no network signal, this shown that the phone was faulty, however Play.Com was quick to replace me with another w610i, i am now waiting on it to come, GREAT!!!

great phone but the aspect of the phone which stopped me giving it a 5 out of 5 were the small buttons, my fingers are quite small but for big finger people, i would stay clear of this phone
