This phone is pritty load yes it is any tips on stopping the buttons cracking well the guy in the prpair shop told me to keep the phone open (dont slide the phone down) when charging and the buttons should last longer as when the phone is down and charging heat courses the phone buttons to crack i hope this helps as my new buttons on my phone seem to be ok so far

I've had this phone for almost a year and would highly recommend it although have to agree that the buttons do crack. 3 of my number buttons have cracked however, i have dropped this phone many times, often from heights that you would not expect a phone to survive, and the only evidence of these falls is a very discreet scratch on the screen. Very easy to work and has served me well :)

I didnt buy this phone from play but i had it for 3 months and all the number buttons cracked, my screen went black and would not work (very annoying) and one of the main buttons also broke and would not let me use it!!! Apart from that excellent phone but would not reccomend you buy it unless you can get it very cheaply!!!
