I purchased this phone in 2007, and i loved it at first. After a while, the keys started to break and had small cracks down them. The top keys broke and the screen broke all the time. I also have friends who have the same phone, and theres have all done the same. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars Major Warning to Everyone

Agreeing with most other reviews. I purchased this phone around 7 months ago, and for the first 4 or 5 it worked perfectly fine, and for what you get the price is awesome.

However, four of my collegues also own this phone and the problems are rather severe.

The number keys all have extremely thin cracks down them on all five of our phones, and in 3 cases, the number keys have fallen out.

The sliding mechanism which I have paid great care not to damage has become stiff and loose.

My phone and another has has the "Confirm, Back and Up" Key broken, to the extent where even removing the key and using something to press the inner button does not work. Along with the screen often malfunctioning

Buy with caution, this phone is an awesome little phone, but if you plan on having it for more than a year, I can quite safely say you should expect to have issues with it.
