This phone is great, I got it off play.com in may. It hasn't broke and I've had no problems with it. It's great!! The sound quality of the music player is amazing. It's so slim and fits in my pocket easily.

I bought 1 of these from a well known phone shop in the middle of June, the first 1 broke down within 3 weeks and was replaced with another identical model, which broke down within 2 weeks.

the first time the phone broke down it turned itself off, then the nokia logo appeared for about 10 seconds and it went black again. the 2nd phone that broke down did the exact same thing.

having looked at nokia's website it seems like this is a problem with several of these models, which is a shame because otherwise it is a really nice easy to use phone

I love this phone,, is thin,, light,, easy to use,, music player is great, easy access music buttons, links to windows media player for music sync,, camera, bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone socket, what more can you want!!!
Ok so its not got GPS, 3G, touchscreen etc,,, but to be honest,, for the size of it you couldnt pack much more in!!
Everyone loves it,, when i get it out in the pub everyone is shocked how small it is,,, and all go "wow its a nokia too" !! (i suppose cos most nokias are chunky)
Cant fault it,, its great!! 5 stars!!

this is a great little phone. I got it from the carphone warehouse a week or 2 ago and its given me no problems so far. its a nice shape to hold, does not get scratched easily and one of the things i like the most is it has a normal (3.5mm) jack for headphones to go in - rather than have to buy specific nokia ones.

Mine came with a 6GB card, i think the standad is a 2GB but im not 100% sure. The music player on it is very good, and obviously the sound is not impaired by the usless nokia headphones. PC connection is easy, and very very quick. the alarms and everything are ok.

the only bad things i have found about this phone are that once a photo has been taken (on the good quality 2MP caamera) it takes a good 5 to 10 seconds before another photo can be taken. This can mean nothing to some people, but others who wasnt to take photos in quick sucession, as it also does not have a burst feature. But it does have video.
Another think i felt let the nokia down is the lack of accessories, e.g protective cases, and on the nokia website there is no support for it. Also, the battery life is not great.

but besides the few negatives, tis phone is definatley worth buying, but the play price is rather high, i got mine for £200 with a 6GB card and £20 credit from the carphone warehouse.
