My brother has this phone, and although all the bad reviews it has been getting, he hasnt yet had any problems with it. To be honest, if you play music lots on your handset, you cant really expect the battery life to be brilliant. The only major let down i would say is the camera quality, i mean come on sony, you could of put a 3mp camera on it!

Brilliant phone. very easy to use, very easy to start too. beautiful-styled design. i now have this phone and its very handy. people who rate it 3 stars and below dont really know what they are chatting about from my point of view.

This looks like a great phone but its just average. For a specialist music phone the sound from the speakers is absolutely terrible - worse than all the non-music phones I have had. The camera is also poor as it doesn't have a flash or zoom.
The walkman software is slow and to get music on there you have to put it into mass storage mode which turns the phone off then on again before activating. After you have transferred the songs you then have to wait usually about 10 minutes before the walkman updates itself,
Also, the game "3D marble madness" has been removed from the vodafone branded version of this phone.
Other than that its fine!
