Absolutelly love this phone, apart from the fact that keys crack. Got phone in January and within a week 2 keys have cracked. I don't play any games, ever, simply don't like them, so that can't be the cause. And I not heavy texter either - on average 10 texts a week. Would only consider this phone again for the complete lack of anything else on the market that i actually like. But someone like Sony should've done better - this is just anaceptable ;(

I got this phone, which i loved the look of, but within 4 weeks two keys cracked and then two more, sent back to be repaired, got back within 2 weeks. Again after 4 weeks the keys started to crack, in the end they all cracked and couldnt use it! Would never buy this phone again!!

I brought this phone 4 months ago and all ive had is problems with it. The middle button keeps coming out and now i cant slide the phone down as it jams

i bought this phone in feb 08 and iv had nothing but problems with it the button crack and stop workin and some of them type on ther own aswell i have had a replacement phone but even this one has brokes my phone is currently bein repaired for the buttons not working i wopuldnt recomend this phone even though it is realy good for holding and listening to music :) x jess x

good phone but after a day the buttons started to split and i assure you it not from too much game playing my previous w580i is still with the manufactures as buttons 8 and 3 stopped working and is a commen problem with them.
only sony ericson i bought and only phone manufacture ive ever had probs with doubt id get another sony ericson

This phone would be really good, if it worked. it has everything you need ina phone, but it has a lot to be improved on. it wont recognise my memory card, and deletes all my pictures n stuff.

I took a gamble on getting this phone and am so pleased I did. It's a lovely phone, very girly! Had mine a few weeks now, no problems. Maybe mine is a newer model than ones people have previously had problems with buttons with, all I will say is that this phone does come with 2 games that require a lot of button pressing - sims 2 and lumines, so maybe people that have been unfortunate enough to have their buttons split have maybe overplayed their games. Anyway to sum up this is a lovely little phone, works well, lots of nice touches. Deserves a higher rating than currently has.

only had phone a month and already being sent for repair to sony ericsson,number buttons split down middle,wallpaper has a mind of its own,i have since found out this is common with this model and yet still being sold
