Bought the 8GB memory card for my Samsung Tocco Lite, everything seems to be working fine, easy & fast to transfer files. Little bit of advice for other Samsung users, don't bother using the software included with the phone. Use the card as an external hard drive with your phone connected via usb cable.
Tons of space left on the card, so I'm off to see what offers play.com have in their music section.
I bought one these from play at their £40 price point. At that level in todays market it is great value.
My early model (not-software-upgrade) N95 see's it as 7771mb of free space. I have loaded more than the 2gb Nokia quoted limit for micro SD storage on the phone onto it. The phone continues to write to and read from the 8gb card......
However..... With the 8gb card usb pc connections to the phone are no longer stable..... the phone reboots or the pc does...... so be prepared to do lots of bluetooth or infra-red transfers of data back and forth to your pc if you want to use this..... for me, I would never want to go back to the limits of 2gb.....
a Micro SDHC Memory Card usb reader is provided if you are desperate to load or unload data from the card the old fashioned way..... so again, who can complain???!!
yes this card will work with any mobile phone that accepts micro sd. i currently have a blackberry storm 2 and this works a treat in it. hope that helps everyone x
Can I use this Sandisk 8GB to store photos from my camera to my laptop. Am not very computer etc.literate!!
I bought this to use with the new samsung s8300 tocco ultra edition. Wasnt sure if it would work but it does, perfectly. It doesnt come with a card adpater - so you can transfer stuff to the pc, but if you got a free memory card with your new mobile phone or even an old adapter, whether its just for SD or SDHC, it will let you use the old adapter.
