I have had four of these phones (replacements), although they are pretty to look at, you're just getting nothing but troubles.
It crashes all the time, the camera is rubbish, if you type too fast it will freeze, the music jumps etc...
Spend your money on a better model.

I've been the proud owner of the W910i for over a week now and I can't wait to sing its praises.
It's a solid, well built phone that is packed with features and so carefully designed fits perfectly into a jacket or trouser pocket.
Thanks to the Walkman technology and the supplied quality headphones the sound from the music player is as good as any Ipod or MP3 player I have tried.
Remember that the camera is only 2MP with no flash, but it is more than adequate if photography is not an important factor in choosing your next mobile phone.
