I've had this phone for three months now and over all it is a brilliant phone. Although recently I have found that two of the buttons have both got a big crack in them! I look after my phone so therefore is not down to rough handlin!!!
Flawless

I've had this phone for a couple of weeks and I have had no problems at all with it. The previous issue of cracking keys has been fixed because Sony have now attatched them with a different gel, so that's not an issue any more people!
I had my previous phone (A Motorola SLVR) for AGES and found it impossible to find a new phone that I liked. I saw this one and thought it was awesome - now that I have the phone I stand by my original judgment!
A fantastic buy.
Great! ^_^
