The product came in a massive box, which was strange however the main reason i am angry is i ordered on a wednesday and di not get my order till Monday! About the product though, its very small light, and comfortable on the ear. It paired up very easy and was simple to switch on/off
i have yet to see the battery performance, although sonyericsson products useually are good. 350hrs its rated which shoul last quite a while.

Work well until they break....
Had two of these die on me within a few months of purchase. Recently spoke to someone else who'd had exactly the same problems. Think the problem is with the batteries.
Recently bought the more expensive 708 (basically the same headset) and thats recently stopped responding as well.
I'd never buy another Sony Ericsson headset and suggest you think carefully about it!

Brought two of these one for me one for the misus, and they work a charm. At this price there is no excuse for you to drive around with your phone attached to your ear not concentrating on the road infront. Great price great little gadget easy to set up, if you've not got one and it's compatible to your mobile go get one...
