Got my Viewty on my birthday and couldnt be more happy.... until....I started having a few problems with the phone... it started freezing when navigating through menus/ files. I contacted Play and they gave me details to return the phone. As soon as Play recieved the phone and diagnosed the problem they sent me an email to say a new one was on the way. I have since then recieved a brand new phone with absolutely no problems... and they refunded the postage costs... Couldnt be more happy!!!
I can only say that the problems that i experianced were with a dodgey handset, and upon recieveing a new one i would recommend anyone to buy the phone! Loved the first phone recieved even though it had problems, and im over the moon with this new one.... no problems what so ever, would reccomend to anyone!!!.... Thanks Play.com

This phone is amazing, it looks good and it feels good. The camera and video quality is so much good. I got mine from play.com and it was fast delivery 'Thank you play.com'

This phone is excellent. The camera gives good sharp 5 mp pictures and ,although the zoom is digital and not optical, it works OK. Radio is as good as on any other phone (i.e. not wonderful but it helps pass some time on the bus). Internet works well and pages download fast. Touchscreen works well. It has lots of nice little features. One of my favourites is to record some speech and then use it as an alarm or ringtone, can be quite amusing. It's pricey but if you can't afford the iPhone it's a good buy.
