  Just Awesome!

I bought these speakers 4/5 years ago for £80 - and it is still the best £80 I've ever spent - we use them all the time in my flat. Excellent sound quality - no distortion - long battery life: perfect!

Weigh about 1kg - very portable!

They're still as good as the day I bought them and they've travelled extensively around the globe!

Very impressed! Can't review these speakers higher!

  Great Product!

Chose this as a Christmas present and was using it from the day it arrived. No problem connecting anything that we've thrown at it (laptop, Blackberry, HTC phone, Nokia phone and a Samsung Galaxy Tab). Even comes with a cable to connect anything that's not bluetooth (iPod touch and old mp3 player). Once charged it plays for hours as long as you're not playing at full volume, which is very loud!

Great that it's portable to, the carry case is a thick material and you can charge without getting the speaker out of the case.

Would recommend.

I came to choose the disco after looking around for a suitable docking system for my HTC Desire and failing to find anything that was not specifically designed for an iDevice. The Disco does not charge the phone but it does everything else really well. First of all sound quality is great, easily fills our lounge and kitchen on 1/3rd volume and the optional bass boost is effective and impressive.

Pairing with the phone was no problem and I have now got it paired with my laptop and PS3 (via a Voiis BT transmitter). The speaker goes into standby mode after switch-on but wakes up as soon as one of its recognised devices connects and starts playing music.

Build quality is nice, it has a weighty solid feel with a simple, slightly retro, appearance and comes with a sturdy padded case for transport.

Highly recommended.

  Outstanding Definition.

The new age of speakers has arrived. I was a bit dubious of buying a portable speaker, but this bit of kit is unreal. The battery life is really good, charging time relatively quick. But the main thing is the quality of the sound. For such a compact speaker it has a good bass range while maintaining the higher frequencies. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to spend time outside and also have good quality tunes to listen to. My Cowon J3 did not work great with it ( bit glitchy connection), but i had no trouble with my S8000 mobile phone. 10/10.

  Superb Quality, nicely suprised

Bought this thinking i was taking a risk as have looked at other Bluetooth Speakers around same price (Parrot, Acoustic Energy) but was sold by the reviews i have seen elsewhere. The sheer volume and undisturbed streaming quality have put my mind at rest though. Using a N95 and works perfectly, was effortless to connect and the battery does last approx 2 hours in play after a full charge. Nice work and would recommend to anyone who wants a decent quality truly portable speaker with uncomprimised volume and sound quality!
