I have the santok mini bt dongle.
Pretty much the same thing, same description and features etc, problem is, Vista doesn't recognise it as a dongle. So i can only use it via Bluesoliel which does everything described, but i wanted to use the Vista BT features too, i have an old standard dongle that works this way.
Does this? Since it comes with bluesoliel it probbably doesn't.

Could also mention perfect for the ASUS EEE Pc if you own one, look at how to customise your ASUS EEE Pc online and you will see how you could place this bluetooth module in your little EEE.
Could be placed inside a desktop if you wished.
Or could just be left in the USB
