Phone arrived fine, not sure about the packaging comments below as it was all fine and as expected! I have accidentally submerged the phone in seawater twice and it still keeps on trucking! Will work on both O2 and Vodafone and well worth the money

Phone is great, bluetooth is limited with parrot 3100 hands free, (no phonebook). Manual is misleading to lock it press and hold * key not center menu key. My usb cable was missing, but I have loads of these from cameras etc so not bothered. Loudest ringer I have ever heard.

Like others have said, the only downside is the packaging. But the packaging aside, you can tell they've made a real effort with the phone itself.
No it hasnt got a camera, no it hasnt got an mp3 player, but to be honest....i dont want them!
I havnt found any problems witht the phone. it dosnt take ages to text like people have said, its fairly simple to use and not to mention this is one tough badass of a phone. Very rugged indeed.
