Like other people writing reviews my headset arrived in a plastic bag and with no English instructions. Luckily I could understand bits of the other languages and managed to get it working. I bought this for my Playstation 3 and it works fine. At £10 you can't go wrong.

When I received my headset I assumed either Play had found them on the floor out of the back of a truck or I'd been sent a headset that had previously been returned. This is due to as the previous reviewer stated the headset turned up in little plastic bags, much like the ones I package my daily sandwiches in! However, this aside I've found the headset of excellent quality, good looking (yes its long!) and a long battery life. Fortunately, I have a strong knowledge of bluetooth headsets and could figure out how to work it in 30 seconds, however, if you don't the fact that Play.com only include a safe usage booklet telling you where and were not to use your headset it can be very quid to configure.

To anyone buying this product, I simply held down the main button for around 10 seconds, heard a beep and that enabled the pairing mode needed for pairing it to your phone, PC or PS3.

Overall, the product is good, the packaging is terrible and the instructions are non-existent. Good product for £10 however I'd suggest going for a similarly priced Samsung alternative.

Strange, I have had a very different experience to the previous reviewer.

Firstly, it's quite long and large, there are much smaller options available.

I was disappointed to find this item unpackaged (it came in some plastic bags) and without any English instructions, which meant I had to scout the internet for a downloadable pdf (not available on LG's website anywhere as far as I could tell)

Also everybody I have spoken to complains of being able to hear an echo of themselves quite clearly.

And Play.com won't let me return my item. Not my favourite purchase ever.

On the plus side, it's reversible, the sound quality is fine, the charge lasts well and it's easy to use, once you have English instructions.

Simple to use, Very light, crystal clear sound. I've used a number of other headsets in the past, none of which are as good as this one; eventhough it is only £10!!! Volume control is brilliant, one touch answer and call back. Only drawback is that when fitted, it doesn't fit flush against the cheek. But for value for money, this will be hard to beat.
