Excellent piece if kit. I paid £17.99. Small and inconspicuous. Build quality OK, but looks like it could break easily if dropped. Mount is good, doesn't look like it will come off the windscreen; unit easy to slide-out if you are worried that its on show. It's paired to my Samsung M110. When I get into car, need to press and hold the red button on LG HFB-500 to wake it up, then need to "confirm" connection on phone (within a short period, otherwise I will need to repeat). Annoying that it doesn't auto connect but I suppose that is a security feature of the phone. I suppose its good on another aspect as it sometimes tries to pairs when I'm away from the car. Power and volume buttons can be difficult to operate if you have fat fingers. Nice feature where you can find out the battery capacity by holding down the +/- vol. buttons.... the more bleeps/LED flashes the greater the charge. Comes with a charge cable so that it can be charged from the cigerette ligher socket. Also another cable to allow you to charge a "LG phone". The best location I found is above my head, with the mic hole pointing downwards/towards me. Unit automatically shuts down when not paired. Only really annoy feature with my phone is that if you hit the call button on the LG HF-500, my phone will dial the "last number dialed". So you still need you phone close to hand if you want to make calls. It does have voice dialing, but this feature isn't compatible with my phone. Call button is a good size, give audio confirmation when you press it. Same button also acts as a "Mute" function. Friend has exactly the same model for over 12 months. He said that he only need to charge it once by cable, and that was during the winter when light levels are low. Call quality is OK, just like speaking on handsfree. I could hear other party OK. Recipiant on mobile on the other end could hear me OK. Wasn't crystal clear but could have a conversation easily. PS I drive a Citreon Berlingo, so cabin noise is generally higher than your average car.
