Good bluetooth, but fragile eargels & dreadful Jabra support

The bluetooth works great - voice tag dailing, two devices at once, clear audio quality, etc. But why only 2 stars? The Eargel (with loop) only lasted two days use before starting to split. Rather than RMA the whole device, I contacted Jabra for a replacement eargel. Was advised that they don't stock spare BT530 eargels and to buy a replacement online (which currently aren't available from the site they advised me to go to). So much for a two year warranty...?
