  Great Phone

A good looking phone with significantly good spec. I found it takes a while to get used to and work out how to use it with ease, but once you've figured it out it's really great. Fab for music, and awesome for pics due to the fairly huge touch screen. Would definitely recommend buying a memory card to incease space, especially if you're planning on having loads of songs etc., otherwise a really good buy!

iv had this phone since christmas, and that is the longest i have ever had a phone! Its honestly the best phone i have ever had, i dont use it for business or emails but i use it for internet, texting and music. I LOVE IT! I really dont have the heart to get rid of such a good looking phone. Which i might add has took a trip down the toilet.. and still works! its so easy to use, and the locking mechanisems are great. texting is awesome on the reduced keyboard. This really is the best phone i have ever had, fair enough there are better ones out there, but not for this price!

Blackberry Storm 9500 / Vodafone

The storm is a very useful phone for on the go and is also great when you connect it to your business system. One thing about the storm is that it has a click screen which is like a desktop mouse; one thing that i would recommend is buy some screen protectors because the factory screen protector starts to peel after a while. The speed of the applications opening and close is ok i would give it a 6 out of 10 because some applications take a long time to open. To receive your email straight to your blackberry you will need to contact Vodafone and ask them to active the blackberry server (fees apply 5pounds) I would not recommend this phone to people who need to access number, text, and document fast because it does take it time to open..(Its Slow).

This Phone in my opinion is the best ive ever owned.
So simple to set up, i have all my emails linked to it already and they were recieved on my Phone immediatly.
I will admit the phone takes some getting use to, but... its worth it.
The touchscreen is great, the clicking mechanism makes it simple to use.

We mainly bought these phones for business. When we went phone shopping we looked at the iPhone too.... We chose the blackberry as its features are surplus our needs! We believe the iPhone isnt a phone... its a fashion accessorie!

BUY this phone... you wont be dissapointed

Which phone are the rest of you reviewing? I've had my Storm 6 months (well second the first was replaced after it had been 'fixed' 3 times) and i honestly feel its the worst phone ever. There are so many bugs on it its impossible to get 5 mins worth of pleasure out of it. The speaker quality is appauling, the lock doesnt actually lock the keys, the battery life is shocking, its heavy and unresponsive and it takes 5 mins to turn on! Vodafone have really failed the business and consumer market on this one it needed far more testing and software writing before it was released. Terrible.

My second touch screen phone, after the disappointment of the tocco this is what i got and i am pleased to say i have made a great desicion...the touch screen is clicky so it doesnt go stright into unwanted files and is wanderful to type with. i am a mad texter and i have to say it took me a long time to get used to texting and making loads of mistakes but u learn after a while.
It is also extremely fast in the internet and is one of the best mobile si have used for the internet, though it isnt better then the applefone, it is a wanderful alternative.

I have had this phone for about 5 months and have been impressed with every aspect of the phone. The tap type does take some time to get used to but once you do it becomes second nature. I have the 8gb sd with it and have about 10 films stored on teh memory. The picture quality is suberb and am very glad I chose this over the Iphone. With the launch of the apps store from the 1st of april this phone will only go from strenght to strenght. A must have for any techno fan.

  Ooooh A Clicky Touchscreen!!

Ive had this from Vodafone for about 2 months now and thought id give it a good going over before i wrote a review about it. This is Blackberrys 1st touchscreen smartphone and they've opted for this clickable touchscreen thingy which at first feels so weird, like you're going to break the screen because the whole screen clicks just like a normal phone keypad or pc mouse, does take some getting used to! To make sure you're going to hit the right key, just before you 'click' the key lights up blue just so you know what you're going to hit which is helpful. As you'd expect, the email is a piece of cake to set up although Vodafone in their wisdom took away the wi-fi on the 9500 Storms for the UK, probably to keep the cost down but left it on the US BB Storms (the 9530) so all web browsing has to be done over 3G which is a bit disappointing but it seems nippy enough. The media player is cracking, it will play converted movies (MP4) seamlessly on its vibrant and crisp widescreen display and also has a top notch mp3 player on board as well. It looks very bulky in the pictures but sits very comfortably in your hand with all the (virtual) keys within easy reach and also sits quite comfortably in your pocket.
This is not quite the iPhone killer but then again every new touch screen smartphone that's released claims to be that but the Storm comes very close! Well played Blackberry.
