Very nice phone, good build quality - will take a while to get used to it as am currently using a Nokia!

£5 per month Blackberry tariff is good value!

Dont get me wrong, the phone is well built, good looking stc. The problem comes with Orange. This phone wont work straight out of the box, as you need to do various thing through Orange and the blackberry site to get the email functions to work (and mine still didnt). All this done over the phone, which u are charged for. I sent mine back and got a refund. It is quite expensive for a phone with few features when the email doesnt work on it

Give it a miss.

These phones are easy to setup Orange are very helpful and you can ring from a landline or mobile for free. Orange have a Blackberry site to set up your email which is very straight forward - if you do need help as I did with transfering an email account from a different tarriff then they are very helpful and even ring back to check all is working! Dont be put off by other reviews - Blackberrys have great email and internet functions and if you use twitter then download twitterberry!

annoyed that i didnt recieve a 20 pound top up just 10pounds? and have no idea why it says 20? difficult to use as handbook isnt that helpful. Setting up took too long. Still rather annoyed about false claims of a 20pound top up or i would have bought it off orange site themselves.
