Mine worked great at first then did not charge properly ,I think its stuck in a cupboard somewere

Good while it works. However, it is not charging any longer. This is a second Jabra device breaking down after a few months. Poor reliability.

Using this with my Noka 5300. Really simple to use, no connection problems. Appears well made. Volume level is acceptable.

After ordering a 2nd Jabra sp500 from play because the first one would not work, neither did the 2nd one. It turns out that the batteries were dead which I replaced because I couldn't be doing with the hassle of returning again and waiting for a replacement. So please be aware it is very common for this unit to have dead batteries or they can be easily dislodged when removing the small plastic battery cover.
This aside I have to say it works great. I drive a van and can easily listen to caller, they say they can ear me ok but with a lot of background noise.
Very easy to set up ( if the batteries aren't dud) and works great with my SE w850i.
I would have given 4 stars but for the battery problem.

great little product.bought for k850i,speaker is excellent, also with voice dialling depending on phone compatability.

Great little loudspeaker. I've had a few bluetooth headsets and a car kit, but I can't fault it for the price. The sound quality isn't the greatest, but it's loud, easy to use and best of all - the person at the other end can hear you loud and clear. Got one for the car, but may get another for the study :)

This is a great buy.I have tried many ear pieces and never found one I could get on with.This is great and so cheap.The clearness of the speaker is really good and I drive mainly on motorways.Every one I have called says they can hear me very clearly.Another great buy from play.

Excellent little unit works flawlessly with - K800i, N73, 5300 & Sammy E590. Recharged it 4 times in 3 months! Ideal for the casual user and unlike in-ear units you don't have to guess that is is on and working - what more do you need for this price? Buying another now that Mrs SPW has worked how to turn on BT.

I was concerned by the price being so cheap and wondered how good it would be. I have to say, this is a fantastic little unit and well worth the money. Its great in the car and peopel I speak to never complain about the background noise etc.
Highly reccomed this one.
