Very good headset but poor instructions

Brought this bluetooth head set because I did not want to spend mega bucks, as I have found in the past the cheaper ones are not that different from the expensive ones and often you pay for the brand and get rubbish.

This Jabra BT2070 bluetooth headset pairs well with Nokia phones. Sound is brilliant, I can hear clearly and despite the small size the other person can hear me clearly as well. Ideal to use in quite areas anything like a noisey place can drown out the sound as well as the other person cannot hear you well very clearly but thats not a bad thing its the same with any comms device.

Pros; - Small, light, lasts about 4 hours of talk time, good audio, ideal for day to day use. Feels robust and looks good and easy on the ear and good price. Connects to my laptop bluetooth and I can use it to listen to music and make calls.

Cons - Poor instructions on how to pair, you have to hold down the button and keep it held until its constant blue light and then pair for the 1st time after that it will always pair. Charger wire is very short not sure why. Volume control buttons very small but I like it loud.

Conclusion - Good day to day headset, you wont be upset if you lose it or break it, as its well priced. Worth only 4 stars as the user manual was abit poor and charger wire very short.

  excellent ***************8

This was really easy to pair with my iPhone, the design looks very nice but what surprised me most is the comfort. It's sooo light and the ear hook doesn't press on the back of your ear which some do, so you can wear it for a long time without any discomfort. Also mine had more of a white/blue light as opposed to the green light shown in the picture, but i actually prefer the white light. Probably not got the best battery life but its great for the occasional user like me.

I've been looking to purchase a Bluetooth Headset for my iPhone 4 and PS3 for a while now. I didn't want to pay the earth but at the same time wanted something small, lightweight, functional and just works out of the box.

I have to say that all of my criteria have been met. The first thing I noticed about this headset was the size, it's so small. I'm not a fan of large headset and don't believe technology should be bigger than it has to be. You can barely notice your wearing it meaning that it works great for Long COD missions!

Another plus is the fact that it is so easy to use. Again any technology product shouldn't require the user to have a vast knowledge of how it works and should do all of the hard work without the user ever knowing it. It was easy to pair with my iPhone and is very simple to use, It is also very simple to pair with the PS3. It has a single button for connecting and hanging up calls, plus volume up and down buttons, what more do you need. The sound is clear and the headset picks up my voice nicely. It stays in place with an over ear clip which is also something I was looking for in a new headset.

  Did not meet expectations

Having had Jabra headsets before, I had no hesitation in choosing another one. Whilst I cannot fault the sound quality and charge life of this headset, I was less than impressed with the fitting. 2 earhooks were supplied, presumably in case you broke the first trying to achieve a secure fitting, and the earhooks themselves are very flimsy. I guess the intention is to be a 'discreet' fitting but they are too thin to hold desired shape. The speaker as well is a bit on the large side which may suit some but did not allow the headset to sit and stay in place, thus requiring constant prodding around to put back in place. I certainly would not have been able to wear this without the earhook. For now I am going back to the 'wired' headphones I got with my 5800.

Almost top marks, due to awkward fit. works great though

There are two ear attachments for the device, and neither actually fitted my ear perfectly, and both are hard plastic that i felt a little worried about bending into shape. Although i wouldn't recommend it, i did just that to one of the pieces, to make it fit better. Now I have it is more secure and doesn't stick out as much.
That's the only reservation I can say about this device. Other than that, the charge lasts long, it is one of the more secrete designs and looks good, and best of all it works an absolute treat- with easy connectivity, reliability, and good quality audio.
Despite the fittings, which may work properly for most people- who knows, this is a recommended device from me.

  Superb Little Headset

I bought this having used Jabra BT headsets before and was not disappointed. Sound quality, connection ease and size make it a great replacement for the BT2010. It also works great with the PS3 which is a bonus! Good old Jabra. Top marks from me.
