We have only used the phone for a few days now.
The phone is quite sturdy looking. I gguess only time will tell how sturdy it is. We bought thids as my partner works with horses so quite often drops her phone. normal phones did reasonably well but eventually had one drop too many.
The phone appears to have quite a few features and the audio is quite loud on the phone, which is good.
There is a big downside though. that is the menu system is the least intuitive menu system I have ever used on a mobile phone. I have used many phones over the years, even before they had little icons for menus. THis phone is by far the least intuitive.
You start looking for things like Bluetooth settings in the "Settings" menu. Eventually you find it in the applications menu. There are quite a few examples I could give of things we have come across after only a few days using the phone. Suffice to say that if you stick at it I'm sure you will find what you are looking for and once you have it will be fine. However, on pretty much of all the recent phones I have owned you could pretty much guess where certain options were to be found., Not on this phone.
We have had other phones of a similar price but not as sturdy. these have had similar styles of menu but the features and settings were all in a much more logical place so it''s not the fact it is not an up to date smartphphone. Just that the features and settings don't appear where you think they would. Also, the T9 messaging is not as easy to use as previous phones. Rather than displaying a list of possible options for you to scroll trough and select the best option it displays its best guess then you have to press a key to display the next option and so on and so forth until you hit what you want. I'd rather just use the old method as it is likely to be quicker than using this version of T9.
So in summary it is a pretty sutrdy looking phone with a reasonable amount of features. It is not the most intuitive or easy to find your way around but once you have it works.
Would I but another? If there were no other sturdy phone options, possibly. If there were other sutrdy phone options, even with less features I'd certainly consider it if they were more intuitive to use.
