Ordered these new from Play.com. Had quite obviously been used or tried before as the seal on the packet was broken, the earphone cord had been stuffed back in and was frayed, and disgustingly there appeared to be earwax in the earpieces. Cannot comment on the quality of the earphones as URGHHH they weren't going anywhere near my ears in that state. Currently trying to return for a full refund. Come on Play you can do better than this!!! Would have given no stars but had to leave one to place the review.
