 Short but sweet

At eight tracks and thirty-seven minutes The King Of Limbs is not what you'd call a big, sprawling album, but the quality of the music here is up to the usual Radiohead standards, and the record's brevity makes for a smooth listen. Opening track "Bloom" is the band at its brilliant best and, with its wonderful use of brass, strings and rhythm, sounds as exciting and vital as ever. There's the lush instrumentation and beautiful vocals in "Little By Little", the dark and addictively atmospheric "Feral", the soul-crushing simplicity of "Give Up The Ghost"...to name just a few highlights. That a band this far into its career still sounds this fresh and invigorated on its eighth album is actually quite impressive and rare. A grower!

 At times stunning

Again Not The Bends...this is closer to the last four albums combined....but the dubsteppish, instrumental FERAL...the brillant single LOTUS FLOWER...and the breathtakin CODEX...rank amongest the best that theyve done. Rock without the Rock. Simply miles ahead of any band around.

 very disappointing

For anyone who loved in rainbows, ok computer, the bends, hail to the thief this will be a massive disappointment dont get me wrong there is two or 3 songs that are good but its sounds like a solo effort from thom yorke rather than a radiohead album. i am a die hard radiohead fan and this just isint up to the standards we expect

 Excelllent, once again

once again Radiohead prove that they are simply a class above the rest. This is different again from their other albums and yet they still produce interesting, moving, innovative music. I'm a massive Radiohead fan and it took me a while to come around to Kid A and Amnesiac, because they were so different, but I could tell after a few listenings that I was goung to enjoy this and I can't stop playing it. There is one downside for me and that it simply isn't long enough! But for the tracks that are on there, for me, it's 5*!

Fantastic ... though a tiny bit short (perhaps?)

A really truly, excellent piece of work from these guys. I can't think of a song I'd skip whilst listening. For myself Codex is definitely the highlight as is Little by Little. That is all :0)
