- 'Black Holes And Revelations' delivers a stylistic overhaul from Devon's premiere epic space rock outfit Muse. Co-produced by Rich Costey (Rage Against The Machine, Audioslave) and including the single 'Supermassive Black Hole'.

Muse are a really good band, i enjoy each and everyone of their songs. On this album they do have many good songs, but a few do let them down and dont live up to the Muse reputation, but an all round good CD, well done :-)
Listen to it again

When i first got this album i never really new what Muse were like, and for a while it just stayed on my shelf ollecting dust, but once i listened to it, OW MY GOD!! what a good album, ok maybe it isnt there best album and there are arnt as many solo's from Matthew Bellamy but it is still worth £4.99. i would recomened this album to anyone who likes rock with a more modern feel.
Very good but not what we expect from Muse

I find this album slightly dissapointing, in that to Muse fans it just isn't as good as their first three albums. Although this has turned them into complete superstars and allowed them to headline Wembley twice in a row, Matt Bellamy seems to relie more on strange effects rather then a classic riff. No riff from this album even comes close to Plug in Baby or Hysteria etc. However, the album starts with a bang, and a big one at that, the first 4 songs are fantastic, Supermassive Black Hole is different in every way and it's brilliant. However, the album gets progresively worse as it goes on, the songs get slower and the riffs get worse, though exo-politics and assassin are fast and brilliant. Muse, however end with one of their best songs ever, Knights of Cydonia, which certainly makes this album alot better. Muse fans should still buy it, but for someone who hasn't listened to muse id advice Absolution of Origin of Symmetry
