wow yea this is wat im talking about.a big step up from an average christ illusion. w.p.b sounds more old school, fast, brutal riffs & solos from kk & jh and awesome blast drum beats from dave.still plenty of anger & hate in tom's vocals.this album will relate to the old school fan like myself and also fresh enough for the new fan.
dunno how they do it but slayer are still the gods of thrash, awesome \m/

 awesome!

This album is probably my favorite of all. People say that reign in blood was the best slayer album (which is a fair comment) but if im honest I didnt enjoy it as much as I did this. And its not just individual songs that are great its every song on the album. Love this and would recommend to all.

I last listened to Slayer back on the release of South of Heaven. After revisiting now, they really are very good. I have had to turf Testament out of my in car CD player now !! The drive to work is suddenly different. I like this album, I like Slayer and they still deserve their place at the top table of metal.
