I love this album!! Ive had it like a week and have listened to it a thousand times. Perfect for when you've had a lousy day and want to cheer yourself up with some jolly dance around your bedroom tunes =]..The lyrics are so intelligent and really easy to relate to (especially if your a teenager or just out of school) my favourite songs are curse of curves, lyrical lies, risque...every single one! Good if you like Hellogoodbye, Fallout Boy, P!ATD etc...

I actually love this album...never get tired of it! They are a really genius band who come up with some of the greatest lyrics! It is an ultimate must for anyone who likes boys like girls, sugarcult, kids in glass houses etc.. cant wait to get their new album!

I like how the songs are written and performed but recently the singer's voice has annoyed me. I don't know whether it's because I've been listening to Slipknot but it sounds ever so whiney. The album is a cross between Fall Out Boy (style of songs) and New Found Glory (whiney voice). Don't let my knockbacks discourage you because there are quite a few good songs on here such as 'There's a Class for This'.

This is, i think the most american emo band i have come across, especially for their routine use of the word clique. My statement has evidence, just look at Newport Living, an excellent song but extremely cliquey and what i find offensive is that they are talking down to people who aren't like them out of spite.
however the album lacks differences, and the title suggest a completely new side of emo but really, cliques, high school, jocks and cheerleaders?? i've heared that a million times before. Although, sometimes, when i buy an album, i think it's not good, so i try to find a song that's slightly good, and a month later, i realize it was never good in the first place, but i find that difficult with this album, there are some great songs on it, but nothing outstanding, buy a jimmy eat world album, however, and you have a different story altogether....

at the risk of being disagreed with, i'm gonna give my opinion on the album, which i feel is fair.

so i bought this... 12-14 months ago... before give it a name, wanted to know more on the bands playing, can't say i was blown away, the energy seems rather bottled up, like they were afraid to give it everything they had.

i personally don't like the dudes voice. and in truth feel that he might fancy his own voice because there are some long (or at least seemed it) acapellas. the guitar never really thrilled me. the bass is very damp, the drums have elements, but its all too little to make me wanna sing along.

I won't write it off with one star, but to be honest, people saying its unique to sing about teenage life...

yellowcard, the ataris, sum 41, blink 182, green day, jimmy eat world, less than jake, paramore, new found glory, kids in glass houses, taking back sunday, sugarcult...

same topics...

i guess their is potential, but to me, this band and this album seem to be more of a "where did they go?" type thing....

hey, prove me wrong!
