I don't know whether my normal tracks on my MP3 player are boring or just too slow but it is difficult to find tracks that invogorate me when running or at the gym. My knowledge of music is totally useless therefore I was pleased to find this CD Compilation with 5 CDs.
For those who have an IPod or MP3 Player then now would be a good time to review your tracks. I have added all the tracks from these CDs plus a few more of my own personal favourites that were not included on this compilation.
It's just what i need for the gym to make it more interesting and to push myself!

PS Normally with compilation albums I usually only a few tracks that I would listen too regularly. However these CDS have a variety of musical tastes from all of the popular genres. If you want something more "extreme" then buy one of the dance mixes!

I agree with the previous review of this CD. It has a great selection of songs to train too. I have got them all now on my Ipod & have listened to it doing both running & gym. I am pleased to say I haven't been disappointed. For those of you looking for something different to listen to whilst flexing your muscles then this easily will fit the bill. 5 CDS= 5 Stars!!!
These songs are decent for running but very commercial. There's no alternative rock or heavy metal.
I have many albums on my mp3 player and i have to keep sorting tracks out for ones to work out to, and this CD is just fantastic. Also I am a DJ and this is great when doing events/functions when i want some up beat music, i just pull this out!
