Ignore The Ignorant (CD & DVD Limited Edition)

Been a huge cribs fan, i thought it was only fair to review their latest album. It's a brilliant third album, with 12 songs of pure excellence. Johnny Marr has made a big impact on their stlye of music; a style which i do like. Each song has its own uniqueness about it. Gary, being the main singer in most of the songs, has a wonderful voice; one which is unusual but lovely to listen to at the same time. I would recommend this album to any indie/rock loving person.

Forget Arctic Monkeys latest effort, this is without doubt the best album I have heard this year. The previous 3 albums by The Cribs were all good in their own right but with the addition of Johnny Marr to the band, the music seems more accomplished this time around. There is too much indie dross out there today but The Cribs stay true to themselves and this stuff will please any indie/rock music fan. Top tunes for me are Cheat On Me, We Share The Same Skies and Save Your Secrets. I actually bought special edition cd that includes live album and dvd which is a great package. Can't wait for their gig in Manchester on 2nd Oct '09, bring it on!
