this is a brilliant cd, i don't understand y it is not as successful as it should be. they are so much better than the horrors for instance. now i like iron maiden and heavy metal saw these at reading in 06 and loved them ever since. hopefully they will get the chance to release another cd if not it's a travisty

I saw this band for the first tiem at reading, and was amazed at how good they were live so as soon as i got back i bought there album.
From start to finish there is an urgency in this album, the vocals and bass lines hang anxiously before unloading into powerful chorus' that will make anyone listen. Alot of talk is around are they new rave or indie, i would say they are Indie more than anything, but they defently have there own sound.
Clearly the stand out track is ' The way it is'
Buy this album and you will never put it down, bright future ahead of this band
Where did this little charm come from???

I got a copy of this album just before I went off to Oz for a month, along with countless other albums but this one stole the show. I couldn't stop listening to it! Every tune makes me wanna dance.
Giving any album 5 stars is a biggy, this one has all the qualities to make it someday, but to give it 5 would be cheating albums like Oasis's Definitley Maybe, Metallica's black album and countless others, but I cant stress how cool this album is.
what an album!!!!!!!!

I'm glad to see that people are able to formulate their own opinions without having bands shoved down their throats by NME and Radio 1. This album was one of the standouts of 2006, and has gained recognition without all the hype and being forced into the mainstream that has happened to the likes of Klaxons and CSS, and the band themselves are one of the best live bands in the country right now ( I can say this having already seen them three times). Standout songs - Borders, Put You In Your Place and Commercial Breakdown.
Soooo Good

This is sooooo good it hurts. Since buying it last year it has constantly been played and played at my house, office and anywhere else I might have been. These guys are definately worth a buy, without a doubt. Blinding guitar noises, intelligent lyrics, ace vocals and great great production.
What a album

Great album, unseen bands like these deserve every bit of respect! They've done it the hard way without jumping on Radio 1 and being an instant success. Really catchy (I would call a kind of dance rock ... thing) just gotta listen loud!
Amazing Album

It pains me to see the likes of NME constantly shoving bands like CSS, The Horrors and The Twang (albeit they are an awesome band) in our face when the likes of The Sunshine Underground go relatively un-noticed. This was THE album of 2006. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish with songs like Commercial Breakdown and Put You In Your Place stand outs. The only thing I can suggest it to just buy this and be amazed. This is an album you need to hear.
