Mamas Gun were recommended to me by a friend, and I haven't been able to stop listening to this album since. Their sound is so soulful and if you didn't know better you'd think you were listening to something created 40 years ago. By far my favourite tracks are Let's Find A Way and Pots of Gold - absolutely gorgeous, and I really hope these guys make it big, they really deserve it!

Don't normaly review any think but credit where its due.
Saw them live when they was supportin Beverly Knight (she is not my cup of tea but went for the wife) but this group so good for a band i never hurd of i enjoyed all there songs brought the album there paid more than at play but don't care so good on the way home from the concert we didn't talk about beverly but mama's gun!! if never hurd of them risk it buy this album you wont be disapointed.

I saw this band in April 09 as a support artist to the soulful Laura Izibor (who for some reason, some people still haven't heard of, despite her amazing album "Let The Truth Be Told" available now!) I was there for Laura but this band blew me away. It was just so different to most of the music around at the moment and they are amazing live. I came away hoping that they would make it big and am so pleased they have this album out now.
