Weird Al IS the Godfather of musical parody, he not only imitates the artist's track and style flawlessly in many examples but he manages to exceed in places. His original tracks are great works in their own rights, masterfully constructed and acerbically witty in places and just moshingly compelling in others. It has to be said that he is best known for his parodies though and if you have never heard them then you should buy this album now to hear him take off people such as M. Jackson, Nirvana and Don Mclean in tunes that arguably rival the originals.
Weird Al is a musical Genius and you should definitely take the tour through over 3 decades of Weird Al.
