And this album was nirvanas. Where as nevermind was kinda radio friendly and caught the imagination of anyone who likes good honest singalong rock with a dirty undercurrent, this album was the opposite. There are some poppy moments on it but there are some thrash, heavy, violent songs that go against the art of writing a pop song. This was a way to get rid of the fans that had jumped on the band wagon to be trendy and boy did it work!
Nirvana's great re-boot
