Well, what can I say? Saw Marcus as support for Sandi Thom, and I was blown away by his quite simply amazing vocals. He has an Earthyness to his voice that is simply stunning, lyrics that actually tell a story (quite unlike the rubbish we hear today in the charts) and a method of delivery that blows your socks off!
You will not be dissapointed by this CD, play on full in the car, and by the end of the week, you will be singing the songs in your sleep =]!
Tom Waits crossed with Van Morrison and as good as if not better than both!! Groling bluesy voice great guitar gutsy music bucking the trend of the bland crud being thrust at us via 'talent contests'
