 STP evolved

On first listen this is great STP evolved. Anyone who expects a band to be the same as their first/second album after this long a time period is kidding themselves. A band that was the same after so long wouldn't be worth listening to in my opinion. Give it a listen if you're a fan, you won't go wrong.

Not same old STP, but still dam tasty!

If your looking purely for the raw, hard-rocking sounds on core and purple then beware of this album, it doesn't confine itself to this style.
Also one or two songs are pretty cheesy, almost 'pop' sounding, which is a shame. Overall however if your a fan of rock n roll/classic rock and grunge, just generally rock music through the ages you might be in for a very nice surprise. I was certainly pleasantly surprised! Download it first then buy it, thats what I did! and look out for track 3, it's damn tasty!!

STP comeback with a worthy effort

Ok, lets face it....it's no Purple or Core but this new album delivers the quick fast paced old 70's stlye rock n roll. Although it is a solid rock album i have to agree in the fact that a song like Between The Lines is just crying out to be played on radio and it shows that this album was strung together quickly. Next time guys, don't let Scott write the lyrics and record vocals on his own....albums are joint efforts

 STP Return!

As a long time fan I was glad to see the new album released. As with the last couple of STP albums they just get better and better the more they was listened to. Just hope its not as long to the next album.
