I bought this album before Back to Black and both are genius. However, I love the 'Frank' album much better. The songs are enigmatic and soulful eg Stronger than me, Take the box and In my bed etc. Then u've got funny tunes such as F*** me Pumps. If you like upbeat and real songs with full on meaning than get this album. We can all relate to at least one of the songs on this album. Amy Winehouse is so talented...FIX UP AMY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say this is definitely different to Back to Black but in a way I preferred it.....was just something different. More jazz as opposed to what she does now.
Really liked it. And the video to Stronger then me shows how beautiful she really is - definitely a must see!

Despite being released five years ago, Amy was just as talented as she is now. Slightly different from Back To Black, but still an awesome album. Loads of jazz-inspired tunes that you can relax to, but still have some meaning. Excellent.

After playing Back To Black so many times, I'm getting sick of it. So I bought Frank, and can honestly say this is one of the best albums I've ever heard. If you like Back To Black, you'll love this.

I can't honestly say that this is as good as 'Back To Black' but it is well worth a listen.Amy's voice is so jazzy and soulful on this album and you realize that she is a major talent.
Stand out for me is 'Amy,Amy,Amy'.Let's just hope that there is more to come from her.

Received CD today, this is a lovely CD to listen to. I did not think it was going to be as good as Back to Black but it is. I would recommend anyone who likes Amy to buy this as the tracks are fantastic.

This is Amy Winehouse's debut cd onto the market and it was all we expected from Winehouse following her underground hype. I finally purchased it, and I have been so impressed so far. Her voice,reminicent of an ol skool Nina Simone is more than impressive. She is excellent and holds her weight with whatever track she sings. I think this is an excellent buy and introduction to what Amy Winehouse is about. If you like this then you would surely understand her second album

This album really is amazing... Amy's voice is fresh and beautiful and I can listen to 'Frank' all day. It really is fantastic, and one of the best albums of the past few years. Her new album 'Back to Black' is even better but be sure to get this as well for it is amazing!!!

After buying her latest cd"Back to Black" which is excellent,i bought the "Frank"cd,which i understand was released two years previous.completely different style but nevertheless enjoyable. lovely voice and the backing band also a great asset to her ,you wont be disappointed.
