 A Must!!

This is without a doubt, the rawest lostprophets album there is, but BY FAR the best! if only they had kept this sound, because even to this day, 'shinobi' and 'fake sound' are their most popular songs! I've had this ablum since 2001and never stop listening to it because even now, it's so rare for a british band to sound so good :-)

 A classic for real fans

I bought this album when it first came out in 2001. To this day it stays in my car stereo and rarely comes out. Anyone who slates this album was clearly still in their infancy when it came out and not real fans of the band. It's both raw and powerful and a must for any TRUE fans of Lostprophets.

 the ultimate

This is the ultimate Lostprophets album. It's better than start somethin and sooooo much better than their last album. However I think this an album that only fans from the begining can really appreciate.

I brought this CD after seeing the prophets and the album starts off great "Shinobi Vs. Dragon Ninja" and "The Fake Sound of Progress" are killer tracks and do stick in your head as for the rest of the album Ian's voice is all whinny and gets annoying pretty quick and none of the other songs are anything special except one bit in "Ode to Summer".Only get this if you are a die hard Prophets fan or like raw hardcore nu-metal.
