Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars Good, but nowhere as good as Dark Horse album

I bought Dark Horse album, and had never listened to much Nickelback before and have not stopped listening to it. I bought The Long Road as it had received some good reviews and thought it would be in a similar vein. Although the album is "ok" it doesnt compare to Dark Horse. I might be brave and buy another Nickelback album, not sure which one to go for though.

Properly the best Nickelback album there is. A good mix of songs from songs like flat on the floor to someday. Must get this album before the other albums

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Better than Silver Side Up

I've always found Silver Side Up to be a very average album. It is far exceeded by Nickelback's follow-up: The Long Road. Although criticism is often outed over the apparent similarity between 'Someday' and Nickelback's first real hit 'How You Remind Me', it doesn't take away that the rest of the songs on this album are much stronger. It opens well with Flat On The Floor. Someday is a decent ballad, very radio-friendly, but not the best song on the album. That title, in my opinion, goes to Feelin' Way Too Damn Good. Amazing track! It doesn't disappoint much after this track either. I also quite liked 'I Guess I Should've Listened', 'Another Hole In The Head' and 'See You At The Show'.
Overall, this album has some strong tracks with great, catchy riffs and decent lyrics. A must for every Nickelback fan!
