Simpsons Sing The Blues

A lot of people will probably think this is stupid and pointless. If that is you, don't buy it. I think it's a lot of fun, and will always be the first album I ever bought.

Now, what to say about this album.

If you're a Simpson fan then you're not really going to go wrong with this album, it does put a smile on your face (ironically because of the title) but after the first few tracks have played, you can't help but feel that the novelty purchase was that bit too far for the die hard Simpson fan.

It's by no means a bad album, musically it ranges from early 90's rap to country to blues, but it was made at the stage were the Simpsons were still in their early series on TV, therefore not much development happened in their character which sort of shows.

To conclude; not a bad album, but perhaps just a little twee.
