Lamb of God won't be winning prizes for innovation but their brutal riffing, growling vocal and Dave Lombardo-esque drumming will give deep satisfaction to the hardcore metallers out there. It's pure, unashamed, proud metal. So, if you want a sonic force that doesn't pretend to be something it's not, get this album right now.

This album is the best metal album I've heard.
Killer riffs glued together with tons of palm-muting.
Awesome vocals and a real nice intro for 'Vigil'.

This album is one of the best metal albums of all time.
With the brutal opener of Ruin sets the album up perfectly
And Vigil couldnt end an album any better
