To be honest, it's unlikely Def Leppard could have topped Hysteria. They had the perfect formula...it was the perfect album. With Adrenalize, they're tryin' not to tinker with the concept- its clearly more pop-mainstream but just hasn't got the hooks from tracks in Hysteria. Let's Get Rocked is, however, the exception. This track should have been on Hysteria, instead it seems to be carrying Adrenalize. Steve Clark's absence is very evident on the album, but nothwithstanding this is still an excellent record. A must for Def Leppard fans, but it's overshadowed by Hysteria which detracts from an otherwise great album.
