Hasn't there ever been a rubbish album by this man? No I don't think so. Not that I know of anyway. This one is less raw power than its predecessor, more relaxed in its feel.
Standout tracks on this decent follow-up include "Baby Don't Cry", "Restless Soul", "Steel River Blues" and "Paint My Jukebox Blue". Chris Rea's voice suits this style of music like a velvet glove. Excellent stuff.
