Have been waiting for months for this to arrive as I preordered it and wasn't as impressed as I'd hoped I'd be.
The DVD is pointless unless you happen to have been at one of the gigs featured, but you'd have to do a bit of Googleing as there isn't really any information about where they are playing.
The gigs shown are video only, the audio is just songs played over the top. Play one of their other DVDs (Wake The World/Chaos Theroy) with the sound muted and play a cd and you'll see what I mean. Mixed in is some footage of the band and some of their crew, none of it is informative and seems to be just a tribute to these people. If you don't know them you wouldn't care.
The CD does sound slightly better if your playing it on a decent system and the 4 BBC session songs are good
So is it worth the 8.95 I paid for it?
Yes, why not show your appeciation for a band you've followed for years and as stereo systems are getting better and better why not have the music you love sound a bit better
Just don't buy it for the DVD unless you are a true diehard fan
