Great album - second only to Aja as my favourite Steely Dan CD. Cool lyrics and exemplary arrangements and playing. How do Becker and Fagen do it so consistently? I have all their albums and only Katy Lied drops below the excellent standards they set for themselves, and even that is still really good.
Great music and fine remastering, but...

IMO the best Steely Dan album. Remastering is subtle and improves slightly over an already high recording and mastering standard.
CD was not sealed and this should be mentioned for people wishing to make a gift. (Is there any other place to mention it?) :-(
