This sounds much better than the previous CD release with its new mastering plus some bonus tracks from the sessions.
Although Mingus steals the show a little this is an excellent set with eveyone performing well.
This is a meeting of the old and new worlds of Jazz and with great titles like 'Money Jungle' and 'Switch Blade' is still relevant today.
Selling at £3.99 this is an absolute bargain...we live in very fortunate times indeed!
