I bought this album in The Netherlands in summer and I thought it should come straight over to the UK as its warm, summery beats brings back the desire to dance outside on the streets and have great summer parties! It has now arrived and trust me, if you like fun music that makes you dance, you will love this album. With a little bit of a 50's style to it but enough of a modern edge, Caro manages to get the balance right. The stand out track "A Night Like This", which was played all over The Netherlands in the summer, will easily become a catchy song all over the UK (I hope!). I hope its greeted with the same enthusiasm as I have for the album. Brilliant!
If you're reading this you are probably already thinking about buying this cd. All I can say is stop thinking! I heard a couple of tracks playing in aq record shop and asked the assistant who it was. I then bought the cd. No regrets whatsoever, even after just one hearing they were all the business. You won't regret buying this cd.
If you uy this you would do well to also listen to Imelda May.

what a lovely album, bought it after seeing the tv advert recently. its really summery and will be a constant in the car this year. good cheerful fun cd.
Having been listening to Caro Emerald now for over a year and seeing her live numerous times in NL I would recommend anyone to buy this album, every song on there is worth every single penny! Great for relaxing dancing partying you name it there is a track for each occasion on here, give it a listen and you'll see.
