No real music fan could call this great, let alone 'FANTASTIC!' It's fine like, but that really is it.
It's just that once the opening loop of every song is finished, they really have very little else to offer. And any band who's dance-remixed tunes are better than the originals (which is actually all of them in this case) should really be a little worried.
How this won the Mercury Prize I'll never know. Well, a lot of the time Mercury isn't really concerned with giving their prize to the most deserving album, just the one that'll up their profile with a 'shock decision'. Except when Dizzee Rascal won, of course.
Overall, quite bland really.
